Ford Escort Battery Problem
Iput a new battery in 200 ford escort and it blew the 100 amp, got new one unhokked neg battery terminalpuoit in fuse hooked up battery and it blew again help

You're either connecting the cables backward or the generator is shorted. Verify the positive cable is the red one, and goes to the plus sign on the battery. The cable clamps are different sizes too. The positive one is always larger. If the cables are right, unbolt the larger output wire from the generator. If the fuse doesn't blow, replace the generator.
