2000 Dodge Neon Repair Question

Dodge Neon Engine Problem
The oil pressure light in my car (2000 Chrysler dodge neon) came on and now blinks off and on. Oil levels ok. I don't plan to drive it anywhere until I call my mechanic first thing monday morning. I oonly drove it about 2 minutes after the light came on and its not making any loud noises. How freaked out should I be.??? I'm gonna be stressed all weekend

If you drove it for 2 min after the light came on and it damage or seize the engine you should be ok. Don't stress. It sounds like the sensor went out, or something small. I wouldn't suggest driving it until it can be looked at though.
