2000 Dodge Neon My car isn't doing anything

I have a 2000 Dodge Neon I was driving and stopped at a red light when the light turned green I tried to go and my car wouldn't do anything. We have checked the battery, the starter, timing belt, and alternator. The car isn't doing anything when you turn the key. The battery is up. We also checked the fuses. What should I do now? What would you think is wrong?

So you have no head lights dash lights no electrical period?Do you have a multi meter to do some testing?
