2000 Dodge Neon Repair Question

Idles badly with no A/C on
I have a dodge 2000 neon 4 cylinder . When the engine is idling at a stop the engine idles unevenly but when i turn on the A/C it idle evenly and normal. I got someone to check the mounts and they are alright. ANy suggestions on maybe sensors?

Any applicable trouble codes? Check coolant temp sensor. Might be open loop vs closed loop situation?

i got some one to check code and nothing came up on the scanner. I heard ther is a intake manifold sensor that controls the idle level to adapt to when the a/c goes on or when the temperature is cold sort of like an automatic choke?

Clean the throttle-body and check the idle air control.
