Dodge Neon Sensor Problem
My engine light came on after the engine began surging up to high RPMs, as soon as I got home I hooked up my OBDII/EOBD reader and got the code P1299$10 Dodge defined as Vacuum Leak Found (IAC Fully Seated) I check all vacuum lines and connected devices and found no leaks anywhere. I had found another Dodge forum and got this "P1299 (M) Vacuum Leak Found (IAC Fully Seated) MAP Sensor signal does not correlate to Thorttle Position Sensor signal. Possible vacuum leak".
All this being said, if it is the sensor correlation how can I correct this?

Most likely cause of that code is large intake manifold leak. Also, check brake booster and pcv hose.
