I have oil leaking in to the spark plug tube seals looks like from the bottom side because the top is dry and I have oil on the top of the plugs

How do the spark plug tubes come out and how are they sealed at the bottom?

they do just pull out but they are a pressed fit at the bottom and the top has a seal from the valve cover

I found a flat o-ring on e-bay is this wrong? You said its pressed in so if I understand this correctly the only way to fix the leak is to replace the tube?

no, the oil is at the bottom of the tube from the seal at the top, not the bottom.
