Dodge Caravan Tire Problem
My van has been shaking like a washing machine with an uneven load when I hit speeds of 45-55. It stops after i get above 60 or I let off the accelerator. Spark plugs and fuel filter were changed and it helped for only a few days. Now that it is cold it does this worse than ever. The hot and cold climates seem to agitate whatever this problem is.

Forget the fuel filter. This sounds more typical of a broken front tire belt although you should see of feel some shimmying in the steering wheel at lower speeds too. That shaking can be felt in the steering wheel and seat. If you only feel it in the seat, suspect a broken belt in a rear tire. Have it inspected at a tire and alignment shop.
