The fresh air damper is not closing and here in Wisconsin that can be a problem come winter. I have checked the damper motor and it is working and is connected to the damper. Is there an easy way to get to the damper and check to see what is keeping it from closing. From what I can tell it looks like I will have to take the dash apart to get to the damper.
