If you can hear the motor turning but the top is not moving, try checking the hydraulic fluid reservoir. I think the motor is
located behind the back seat and center of the car on a small shelf.
The reservoir is near, just follow the hose from pump, and check fluid level.
Sorry I don't have schematics for your car, this is from memory.
If you do not hear anything when you try to raise/lower top;
Check Fuses/Relays at 2 locations.
First, at the end of the dash, drivers' side. Pull cover and the diagram for layout is inside cover.
Second, under dash drivers' side. Labels are on top, if I remember, if not, lift cover and schematic will be their.
Check fuses first. If necessary, replace relay.
Let me know how it goes.
