2000 Chrysler Other ignition coil

Middle coil on right side keeps burning out. Switching signal circuit wire doesn't pulsate, stays on all the time?

That signal wire has to either be grounded or the driver circuit in the Engine Computer is shorted. Unplug the connector, then measure the resistance from the signal wire terminal to ground. If it's real low, suspect the wire is rubbed through and grounded, but to double-check, unplug the connector from the Engine Computer, then check the resistance again.
