FAN STOPS BLOWING AIR AFTER USING .5 HOUR DRIVING

I have put in a new fan, but no change

I assume you mean the blower inside the car? If so, then it may be a bad resistor. It is totally electronic these days. It may be from too much draw.
If it is the fan under the hood, it may be a control issue from a coolant sensor or computer command.
