it will start for 2-3 seconds then die, tested fuel pressure it was 10- 35 psi if you turn fuel pump off and on the pressure would get up to 35 psi, changed fuel pump, now it pressured up but when i bleed it off it does not pressure back until i turn key off and back on, it still will not start. any help would be appreciated.
