What can cause the engine to run rough after warming up and while under a load?

Our truck runs fine while the engine is cold, but once the engine warms up it misses terribly when the engine is under a load. It idles fine. So far both coils, spark plugs and wires, cam sensor and crank sensor, and fuel filters have been replaced. There are no pluggs in the exhaust system. Any ideas?

Could be caused by one of the following below

Oxygen sensor.
Catalytic converter.
Fuel injectors dirty/sticking.
Mass airflow sensor/Airflow meter.
Throttle position sensor.
Crankshaft position sensor
Knock sensor
Manifold absolute pressure sensor.
EGR Valve
Fuel pressure regulator leaking or defective fuel pump.
Fuel contamination.
Foul/defective spark plugs.
Open spark plug wires.
Ignition coil/Coil packs defective.
Incorrect ignition timing.
Cap and rotor.

Note:If it doesn't apply disregard it and keep testing.
