I have a 4" lift on this truck and it needs a suspension. The torsion bars are turned all the way up and my pivot arm and idler arm have wore out after about 3 months of being replaced. I need to bring the control arms down so it saves on the wear on the front end. What should i do?

readjust ti back to stock as it tears the suspension up by doing what you do or get a kit that modifys the suspension CORRECTLY. Try Rusty's off road for parts or a 4X4 book lot of companies advetise there.
