Recently, the blower fan stopped working on all settings (previously, settings 1 and 2 did not work at all but 3-5 worked fine). Can still feel hot air kind of seeping out of vents, but no air is blowing out of vents, and no customary blower noise. Have checked the HVAC fuse in the fuse box under the dash, fuse looks fine. What might be the problem?
