Hi, I have a chevy Malibu 6 cylinder 2000 and when I press on the gass paddle it grinds. I just got a tune up about a month ago an afterwards had to take it too AutoZone to see why my engine light was on which they said it was an exhaustion problem. The engine light went off the same day so I assumed everything was okay. But now it grinds a little hard when accelerating, what could be the problem?

Thank you so much that sounds about right. Also I have an issue with my turning signals such as the arrows, sometimes I have to press my hazard lights in order to get my turning signals to actually blink when trying to turn left or right. I know that my dash board is a little loose an could contribute to the problem but how do I go about getting it fixed?
