Car dying

My car keeps dying. I have had the starter rebuilt, the air sensor replaced, and a valve replaced. It acts as if it is sucking air before it dies.

check the throttle body for caking.
make sure there is no vacuum leaks.
check the fuel pressure regulator hose for the presence of fuel. if there is, replace the regulator.
