replacing a damaged front bumper cover

I am replacing a damaged front bumper cover on my 2000 Chevy Cavalier also damaged was the passenger side fender liner/splash guard. The splash guard is 3 plastic pieces; a forward piece and rear piece and a third piece that separates the wheel are from the engine compartment. I was able to purchase the forward and rear pieces but cannot identify the part for the inner most piece between the wheel area and the engine compartment. What is it called?
