Always check the fuse first. Then the wiring to the bulbs and the bulbs themselves.

If all is good, your problem will be in the multi-function switch that turns them on.

Then you'll probably need a new switch. Always test it before replacing it. Also, trace the wires/connectors with a meter or test light.
