Extremely Slow to Fill Gas tank-the shut off stops every 10 seconds-Any fixes for this on my 2000 Blazer?

This happens at every fillup-no matter the gas station used-every since I got the car 2 years ago-No other complaint- a fine car except for this major inconvenience
