When I drive 5 to 15 mph the rear passenger wheel wobbles I dont know whats wrong everything is tight nothing is loose I just put new rotors and brakes on it and it makes a squeel sound when slowing down the sound is only comming from that one wheel would be happy to figure out whats wrong thank you

Ensure that the new rotor is actually sitting square on the hub, it may be tight but running out causing the problem.

I took it off and put it on again to make sure that ant the problem but its wobbling outward allmost like something is bent and I dont know the vehicle history because I just got it about 2 weeks ago

You may have a bent hub, this can be checked with a dial indicator to check run out.
