Motor or control problem
Heater blower motor on Caddy SLS cuts off randomly, is it a flat spot on fan motor or control panel problem?

It is probably a faulty blower motor. When it cuts off, you can check for power and ground at the blower connector. If you have power and ground, and no blower, the blower is faulty.
