2000 Buick Century over heating problem

I just replaces the upper and lower intake manifold gasket due to a coolant leak and now a couple days later I have a low coolant light and I see no leak but my car is overheating I also took the thermostat out and that's not at all the problem it still over heats with in 5 minutes. What else could it b that I can check?

A had gasket o r bad radiator, if you feel cold spots on rad it's bad otherewsie have coolant system pressure checked.

Thanks we found out what was wrong it just needed the system to b burped bc of a hose that came out and replaced it and burped it so far nothing else has gone wrong with it and thanks for the help
