Heater works sometimes mostly blows cold air

Had a mechanic look it over he thinks it has air in the system. He 'burped' it and had heat for a little while but next morning again no heat. I tried burping but it didn't work. Help please I need heat for the winter.

--Try replacing the thermostat and flush heater core and check the air blend door

There are two cylinders like under the hood in the left side behind the engine one of them is out I think
I'm not an expert but I think so

Step 1 - A heater cannot operate unless the engine is full of coolant/antifreeze. If coolant level is low check the system for leaks.
