While car is of and key out the security system unlocks the doors by its self and the parking lights fflash like I'm using the wireless key pad to unlock witch I don't have. What should I do to fix mec had no clue

1. When ignition key is removed, how long does it take for the lights to start flashing?
2. Are all the door ajar indicaros working correctly?
3. How do you disarm the security system when above occurs?
4. Any other details that might help me undertand the problem better?
