1999 Volkswagen Passat Repair Question

Can't start after new battery
Hi, we just got a new battery and now the car won't start.

Got'cha! Tow it to the dealer to have "minimum throttle" relearned, (if it will come out of park). This is mainly a Volkswagen thing. For other manufacturers the relearn is done automatically when you meet certain conditions while driving.
