My 1999 VW Beetle keeps turning off. It will just turn off going down the road, or at a red light. It wont start up right away it take 20 min or so then it start back up. It take 20 minor so for it to turn off. Its throwing grounding codes when checked. I really need help finding out what is wrong. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
