1999 Vauxhall Corsa Repair Question

Do you have any ideas what might be wrong with my car?
My vauxhall corsa shakes and revs low when stationary, there is ticking noise coming from the engine when moving, and i have to give it some revs to get it started. The engine electronics light is on aswell

First go get a scan done to find out what codes are set, do this first and let me know what the codes are.
