1999 Vauxhall Corsa Repair Question

Hi I have a Vauxhall corsa 1.2 Vreg. The rev counter doesn't work untill you get up to hi revs. It works perfectly on a hot day.The same with the electric window in the drivers side. Will only go down a bit at a time then on a hot day works perfect. Can

sounds like the tach needs to be replaced. a scan tool can verify an rpm reading from the pcm. if it has it, then it is a faulty tach.
as far as the window, i would replace the window motor.
