my blower fan is jammed and vibrating the car.of the four fan settings only position four works,but the fan is stuck

Remove the blower fan motor to check if anything gotten inside to cause the baldes to disintegrate and damage the fan blades. The resistor has most probably need damaged as only the highest setting works.
