Cambelt change

I'm looking to purchase a Toyota Nadia 1999 with 86000km's I have heard that the cambelt should be changed at around 90000km's is this true?

Generally timing belt replacement periods ranges from 60,000 km to 105,000 km depending on the region/country of use.
