My car is a 99 toyota corolla. The heater/AC is not working. We changed the blower motor, and it is not getting power. Fuses are good. What could be wrong? Is there something we are looking over? We did make sure we did have the "on" switch turned, haha.

Check that the blower resistor has not burnt out, it is located under the R/H side of the dash, in the heater a/C housing. the pic is a typical resistor look for it behind the glove box, on the heater box.
