How much does it generally cost to change the starter for a 1999 toyota Camery 6 cyl

1 hour in labor and the starter is between 159 to 200

I am having problems with my starter as well. On November 9, 2012 I called the Toyota dealership in Albuquerque, NM and they quoted me $350 for the part and $150 for the labor.
