I was told my 99 Saturn SL2 needs a circuitboard in order to fix the Check Engine Light, which is not working, and that a rebuilt cluster needs to be special ordered, because the Saturn part is no longer available, and it can take up to 10 days and cost about $200+. Can someone please confirm this for me?

So let me get this straight your check engine light doesn't light up at all? That is why there ordering this rebuilt cluster?Because if it's just the circuit board on the cluster then all you need is the cluster housing you can transfer the speedometer tach gas gauge and fuel gauge over to the other housing. What I would do is just go to pick apart get a cluster assembly and transfer your speedometer over to the cluster and use all the other gauge's in that cluster assembly. That way your mile's get transferred over and your good to go.
