1999 Saturn Sl1 Car Started Coughing After Two Days Finally Won T Start Will

My car started 'coughing' and after two days finally won't start. It will crank but will not start. We have replaced the ICM and the fuel pump. After replacing the pump we are not getting any fuel pressure, any suggestions?
