This light is separate from the Service Engine Soon light. We don't know what it is for. No codes show up. Why is it on? Everything has been done that we can think of. We recently replaced the engine with a rebuilt one (before the light came on). All fluid levels are excellent.
The car recently passed smog with flying colors

If a Service Engine light is lit, then the computer has set a code. When was the last time you changed the oil or did a tune up?
