What would cause my 99 Saturn SC 1.9l 4cyl to misfire on all cylinders?

I have replaced the plugs and wires, checked the firing order, replaced the IAC after recieving a code for it, will be replacing the TPS after I pick it up from autozone. Still getting misfire on all cylinders code

Have you tested the fuel pressure?

Just to add to this one what is the exact code number you got for the iac?When the iac go bad on those they usually dont set codes. Was the idle rpm too high or too low?Also dont waste your money replacing the tps they hardly ever go bad.I cant remember the last one I replaced. What kind of spark plugs did you put in?Hopefully not platnuim plugs they carbon fail in those cars. Checking fuel pressure would lnt be a bad idea but all of those cars I have seen with low fuel pressure didnt missfire they just died or fell on there face while excellerating. Also does it miss only at idle or all thru the rpm range?
