car wont start after battery went flat and was recharged

Battery went flat so i got it recharged now it turns over and does not start i have noticed the alarm lcd flashes twice very fast every 3-4 seconds..tried various resetting procedures none work...is there a way of disconnecting the alarm was told it could be the twice module or enginse crank shaft position sensor and amp...have no codes and the sid unit has no errors in regard to the alarm system
