1999 Pontiac Grand Prix idler pulley play

Can I just replace the pulley itself with out having to replace the entire assembly because the pulley obviously has play in it and it makes a knocking sound when the car is running. I checked all the other pulleys and the sound is only coming from the idler pulley.

Yes if you can get it you can replace that or the bearing inside

Ok what is the torque spec for the idler pulley bolt? And if you don't mind what are the torque specs for the power steering bolts as well.

Power steerng mounting bolts 23 ft lbs. We have no spec on idler pulley but about 30 ft lbs should be ok
