There's only a hundred possibilities. Someone is going to have to inspect it. We can't do that over a computer. If you can make it occur when standing still, in gear, and working the gas pedal while holding the brakes, it could be the exhaust gasket, (called a donut). If it occurs when you bounce up and down on the front of the car, you might suspect anti-sway bar bushings or control arm bushings. If the squeaking starts when you start the engine, suspect the serpentine belt. Sprinkling a little water on it will make it get louder or quieter. The belt can start to squeal when engine speed is increased. If it occurs when you apply the brakes and the car is moving, you might be hearing the brake pad wear indicator. They can also squeal when you are not applying the brakes and become quiet when you do apply them.

Professionals can often tell the source of the noise by how long they can make it last or different conditions that they can introduce to make occur or go away.
