1999 Peugeot 206 Repair Question

What could it be when a Peugeot 206 show that the antipollution is faulty and start to mist fire?
When the car drive its o k but when u stop for ten minutes and start again it start misfiring and loose power then it shows and the dash board that antipollution faulty.

There is a problem with the EVAP system. Have the computer scanned to identify trouble codes.

i do the a diagnose check but the trouble codes shows map censer faulty and i change it but the problem is still their what is the EVAP system? could you tell me please?

it is a part of the vehicle's emissions system. Check the wiring to the MAP to make sure it is in good condition and is getting power. If you continue to get the same code, the problem most likely is there.
