Oldsmobile Bravada Brake light switch Problem
I have a 1999 olds Bravada. It has a rebuilt engine with 60000 miles on it. I'm having a really hard time pushing in the button on the shifter to get it out of park. There's no problem with the other gears, only park.

check the brake light switch as it controls the interlock system

No there's no clicking. Ok Ill check the brake light switch. Someone said a shifter interlock actuator. Does that sound right? OS it a big job?
