I own a '99 Olds Aurora and have enough spent time and money to keep her happy. Latest issue is with the fuses under the rear seat; the 20A Power Seat Fuse and 20A Power Window Fuse are always hot.

None of the other fuses have the problem though.

I don't know where to start troubleshooting and your advice would be appreciated

You need to find out how much amperage is being drawn in each circuit

I am having same problem with 25 breaker for window/sunroof title gets hot. AAll 4 window stopped working. But sunroof does. Where breaker0goes under seat its melting plactic. I achecked connectors in driver door leading to window switch both connectors are melting in the spot the power wires travel. I think0a short somewhere0causing to much resistance. Where to start?
