Car won't fire

Car has spark, changed fuel pump and filter, sprayed carb cleaner into the intake and it fired but wouldn't run.

Check your fuel pressure, especially sinceyou gcan get it to fire with choke cleaner. Of course scan for codes as well and make sure no fuses for ecm/pump are blown. Then recheck your pump install one of hte wires may have come off.
