1999 Nissan Maxima Repair Question

Nissan Maxima Fuse Problem
Car will not start,new fuel pump,crank positon censer,cam censer but cannot get fuel through injecters but has fire.

Maybe the injectors are not being powered bcuz fuse no.34 20amp is blown in the fuse block behind left side dash,the red wire is open or short to ground and the computer controlled ground drivers.
At the injector harness check for power on each injector by using a noid lite-they should be blinking when the circuit is working correctly-let me know
