1999 Nissan Altima electrical circuit cutoff

Nissan Altima 1999 GLE

All electrical and electronic circuits gets cut off automatically. Sometime it

comes back within 5 min but sometime its comes only after the car parked for a day.
When circuits gets cut off, odometer, left and right indicators, vipor, power

windows, AC stops working. The only thing that works is hazard light, audio tape
and head light.

I tried changing Oxygen sensor, ECM, idle controller, Alternator, ignition relay,
starter switch etc but dosent help. The services engine light keep coming and goes automatically after 500 miles.

The observation is that I get this problem in the month of May & June when there is hot outsite. Rest of the 10 months, my car really works fine without any issues.
