my car won't start. I turn the key and it sounds as if it was drained. alternator, starter, and battery are new. what's the issue?

New battery can get drained too. Check the battery voltage. Ensure all connections are clean and secure. Try a jump start and test the charging rate.
If all are well, test for parasitic draw.
