Car runs alittle rough when idling but when you put it gear it almost wants to stall.

When you start the car it has a rough idling. I am use to because of cold starts. After warms up if you put it into gear. It acts like it has no power the more you press on the gas pedal the worst it get.Almost like it wants to stall but doesn't. If you press very light on the gas pedal it will almost act normal but at a very slow way then normal.
