After driving my 1999 Mitsubishi in traffic, sometimes having to wait in lines (idling) and running my air conditioner, after parking the car, the car will not start again until approximately 1 hour has passed. The engine will not turn over, no sound at all and my battery is new and the starter is only 1 year old. What is the problem?
