Whatcan cause squeaking sound in your brakes
Whenever i apply the brakes itmakes the sound whether i am driving or applying the brakes

have your braeks checked, they have k"squealers" on them so they don't wear down to far and ruin the rotors.

There are dozens of things that cause brake squeal and numerous steps that need to be taken during brake replacement to prevent it, starting with using high quality pads and resurfacing the rotors along will some other assembly techniques.
